Coal Harbour has really exploded in the past few years and is now amazingly built up. It's not something that I mind because we really should embrace density in the downtown core. If there is anything to be avoided in this world, it is the suburbs.
I saw a movie a few weeks back called "Radiant City" and it's a hilarious/sad mocumentary on suburbia, what it does to the landscape and what is does to people.
Check it out if you get a chance although, I think it's a pretty limited run.
