The back seat in the plane was a little cramped - like what you'd find in a sports car - so I had to hold my camera over my shoulder near the rear bulkhead, shoot blind and then check to see what I captured. It took a few tries but I managed to get what I wanted.
I should have used a little fill-flash to maybe get a bit of the outside darkened up, but I'm still happy with the result.
